What Piegga does
Riding gear is bought by size, and prices differ a lot between shops and from week to week. Piegga puts them side by side. Each product has a single page with all of its versions – size, colour and version – each with its own EAN code or the manufacturer’s model number.
A price belongs to exactly one version: we never compare a helmet in size M with size L, or a jacket in one size and colour with another. We only show shop prices once we have checked them for the exact version; if the version is ambiguous, we show no price rather than guess.
Independent
Piegga doesn’t sell anything and isn’t affiliated with the brands on this site. We use brand names to describe what is in the catalogue, not to suggest a partnership.
The order of products and prices is not for sale.
Not a test lab
We don’t test products ourselves. We show what the manufacturer publishes, such as the safety standard (for example ECE 22.06 for helmets, CE / EN 17092 class AA, A or B for clothing), the size, the weight, the Bluetooth version and the capacity in litres. If you are unsure about fit or use, the manufacturer’s information always takes precedence.

How we earn money
Piegga is free and sells nothing itself. We earn affiliate commission: if you follow a link to a shop and buy something there, that shop pays us a share of the purchase. These links run through an address on Piegga that starts with /out/.
The price you pay at the shop stays the same: the shop pays the commission, not you. How much commission a shop pays plays no part in the order of products and prices.
How we compare
- Exact products: a price belongs to exactly one version, identified by its EAN or the manufacturer’s part number. If that is not clear-cut, we show no price rather than guess.
- Only real price drops: we only call a price a drop when it is lower than the same shop’s lowest price in the 30 days before.
- In stock first: offers you can order now are listed above sold-out ones.
